Why dentists switch laboratories
In an article written in the February 2009 issue of LMT, they discuss the ten reasons dentists switch laboratories. The top four are:
- Inconsistent quality; technical problems
- Poor relationship; poor communication
- Delayed turnaround time; late cases
- Prescription not being thoroughly read and followed
