How are we different?

We believe that our ability to communicate and understand your needs, as well as our unique process, is what sets us apart from other dental labs. We guarantee that our final restorations will mimic the temps that your patient approves, leaving out any guesswork.

Is there great quality variation among labs?

Yes. Some labs are designed to only provide single crowns and other similar restorations. However, the more challenging the work, the greater degree of skill required by the technicians. Therefore, many labs are set up to be like other manufacturers (assembly line), while only a very few are set up to provide comprehensive cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry.

Why is communicating so important?

All too often, patients do not really understand what they want for their restorative treatment. Our process guarantees ideal communication between the patient, dentist and our lab technicians for highly effective and aesthetically-pleasing results.

Why is copying temps so important?

Cosmetic and reconstructive restorations are highly customizable products. Since temporary restorations are reversible, temps are the only way for patients to make sure they are receiving the look they desire. By copying temps after the patient says yes, the success of the final restorations and patient satisfaction are virtually guaranteed.

What is your turn around time?

Mock ups take one week to be created. For 8-10 restorations, 7 days are required, while full mouth restorations require three weeks.

What are your forms of payment?

We accept checks, Visa and MasterCard.

How can I start using your lab?

To learn more about our services and how they can benefit you and your practice, please call Mirka for details.

Is the mock up really necessary?

The mock up is critical. It outlines the case and provides for predictable planning, adequate tooth reduction, and great temps.

What is important about materials?

The most important aspects of our restorative materials are their strength and appearance. Typically, in order to get maximum strength, one must sacrifice a little on appearance. For ideal appearance we use pressed blocks with a layered porcelain finish. For strength, we use e-max. Our middle choice is infiltrated zirconia with layered porcelain.
